  *Lyman HS will provide One (1) Official Final Transcript for each student to the College/University the student plans to attend.  Requests MUST be made prior to July 31, 2025.

If you have taken Dual Enrollment course(s) with Seminole State College (SSC), or Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) you may be required to order a transcript directly from those institutions.  Please see the information below to aid you in this effort.
