Parking for 2023-2024 School Year

PARKING DECALS

Parking decals will be sold on a first come first serve basis to Juniors and Seniors only. Parking decals will be sold ONLINE only, via eCampus, with payments being processed electronically through the MySchoolBucks application. Parking decals are $80.00 for the full year. No half-year decals will be sold. No refunds. All vehicles will be assigned a space. Students cannot change spaces once they are assigned. Parking decals are assigned to an individual and a car. Decals are non-transferable between cars and/or individuals.

TRANSFER/OPEN ENROLLMENT STUDENTS

Please note: Transfer and Open Enrollment students will not be added to the eCampus pages prior to August 10th. Those students will not become active until the 2023-2024 school year begins. Transfer and Open Enrollment students ARE NOT guaranteed parking passes. No spaces will be held for students as spaces are on a first come first serve basis.

***DEBTS AND OBLIGATIONS***

ALL debts and obligations should be cleared before submitting a parking application. Outstanding debt and obligations can be found in Skyward under Fee Management > Student Fees. Outstanding debt must be paid through MySchoolBucks.com under the correct product. All debt and obligations must be cleared before a parking application will be approved.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Student’s Valid Driver's License (No Learner’s Permit accepted)
2. Vehicle Registration
3. Insurance Card
4. Notarized Application – Available soon

FOR SECURITY REASONS

• Using the adhesive on the parking decal, adhere the parking decal directly to the inside, lower left-hand corner of the front windshield so it is easily visible.
• Students that buy a decal and then do not utilize the assigned space due to 10 or more consecutive absences in a nine-week period (excluding medical reasons), will lose the privilege of parking on campus. No refund will be given, and the space will be assigned the next person on the waiting list.
• Students are not allowed to park in a staff-assigned spot, visitor spot, grass parking lots or on sidewalks.

* NOTE: If the vehicle is sold or becomes undriveable, remove the parking decal, and return it to the Bookkeeper where it will be exchanged for a new decal for $5.00. Lost decals are replaced at the full cost of $80.00.

PAINTED SPACES (SENIORS ONLY)

Painted spaces are an additional $40 fee paid directly to PTSA on the day of painting. Designs must be approved ahead of time. More information to come.

OVERALL TIMELINE 

Seniors - parking decal sales start July 17th 

Juniors - parking decal sales start July 26th  

Decal Pick-Up - August 1^st and 2^nd from 8 AM - 12 PM in the front office 

There is no Sophomore parking on campus even if you obtain your license during the school year. 

Decal Enforcement - begins August 21^st

Senior Paint Day - August 19^th, with a makeup day in October (date to be determined)
